Children are not passive absorbers of Knowledge but active constructors of concepts, and Education is not restricted to lessons taught in the classroom from textbooks.
At NES National Public School, quality of education has always been the focus and as there is no single yardstick of quality, the school strives continuously for sustenance and enhancement of quality in every field of its activity. The management and the staff work diligently to realize the school's mission to provide the best learning environment and opportunities to every student by use of innovative techniques, rich resources, proven instructional strategies and engaging programs to promote student learning, so that they know the joy of learning and acquire skills of inquiry and communication, that form the basics of modern knowledge, and at the same time provide a foundation to imbibe high traditional values, in order to equip them to face the challenges of today's globalised world.
We develop in each of our students a curious, enquiring and discriminating mind, a desire for knowledge and a set of skills; linguistic, mathematical, scientific, artistic, physical, emotional and social. We aim to create a safe, nurturing yet challenging environment that is built on positive relationships; developing the whole student – emotionally, socially and academically.
We care for and appreciate each of our students as unique individuals that they are, each with distinct talents, interests and needs, and each with differing learning styles. In keeping with our commitment to focus on development of soft skills and life skills, we shall continue with sessions for the same for classes I to VII, while the higher classes will be engaged in training sessions for Modern United Nations to begin from June 2020. We stand committed to ensure that our students are strong in self-esteem and personal expectation, develop a healthy and respectful tolerance for others and leave school with values of respect, cooperation, persistence and striving for excellence underpinning all that they do.
In the wake of nationwide school closures due to COVID-19 in March this year, the school took immediate steps to mitigate the impact of this closure by beginning its online classes from 1st April to ensure continuity of academics and the school will take the necessary safety measures on re opening to create a safe environment for the students.
Looking forward to yet another year full of milestones and achievements under the guidance of Founder President Dr Vardarajan, along with the cooperation of our students, staff and parents.

With a view to achieving world-classexcellence, our educational group has created tie-ups with many National and International agencies from Australia, UK, Germany, USA and others.
Our Education Group, NES - SVB, has added a new dimension to education by opening a Sports School at Dombivli, which is a first of its kind in the history of educational institutions in Maharashtra.
The introduction of Parental Workshops as a part of the novel “3 -tier” training program (for students, teachers, parents) is another measure aimed at excellence.
NES-SVB Group celebrated its Golden Jubilee in 2012-13 where the Governor of Maharashtra was the Chief Guest. The unique feature of the Golden Jubilee celebrations was in the conduct of a year-long program of 50 high valued events of Educational, Cultural, Sports and Social importance organized by 50 vibrant institutions of the Education group. Our NES National Public School being one of the important constituents of the Group had a major role to perform in this event.
Our ambitious group has taken up two more educational projects in hand. A 'National Centre for Vocational Degree' at Dharavi and also a state recognized 'Private University' at Dombivli /Dharavi for MBA, Engineering Degree Courses.
