Students must adhere to the school timings. All students are expected to be in the school premises latest by 7.40 am. Children reporting between 7.45am & 8 am will be marked late. School gates will close at 8 am. In case of 3 Late Marks the parents will be called and the child will be sent home.

Care should be taken to keep the school clean at all times. Care must also be taken of the school property. Students are also to be vigilant about protecting school property from any damage. Any instance of destruction coming to notice of a student must be reported to the class teacher. Scribbling on the walls, desks etc. must be avoided as these are punishable offences. For any damage to school property, recovery will be made individually or collectively, as the case may be and in case of wishful damage, additional penalty will be imposed.

Students are advised to label all their belongings and take care of them, so as to help the school authorities to keep a track of the lost and found belongings.

Each student should preferably have 90% attendance every academic year but 100% is most appreciable.

Not wearing complete school uniform in appropriate manner or wearing in a casual way, not displaying the I-Card nor wearing prescribed shoes, improper haircut or nails or physical uncleanliness are also offences. The School does not allow fancy haircut, nail paints or wearing of accessories. In events not requiring use of uniform, absolute decency and taste has to be reflected in dress.

Wearing of blazer is compulsory while attending school, assemblies and programmes. No excuse, whatsoever, will be entertained.

The annual fees should be paid in installments as per the prescribed dates. Parents who fail to pay the fees even after the last date prescribed, will be charged a late fee and their ward will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

1st Installment : 10th April, 2024

2nd Installment : 10th July, 2024

3rd Installment : 19th November, 2024

Application forms must be filled in as prescribed and submitted within the stipulated time. Admissions are based on merit and performance in the entrance test/interactive interviews, if necessary.

Students must display on their person the school I-Card everyday and during all School Programmes. Parents are advised to carry the parental I-Card whenever they visit the school or it’s programme outside failing which entry to the school premises/programme will be prohibited. Children will not be handed over to the parents unless the parent shows his/her I - Card.

Each student’s performance is assessed daily and records are maintained accordingly. The results of the examination are entered in the Progress Report every time an examination or test is held. The Progress Report is designed to apprise parents /guardians of the progress and conduct of their wards immediately after the test / exam.

The Progress Report should be promptly returned with parents signature, to ensure proper utilization of the same.

The School conducts Remedial classes for below average students. Attendance for these classes is compulsory.

No student will be allowed to be absent without prior intimation. Students, if absent without prior permission should be accompanied by their parents on the day of resuming, failing which they will not be granted entry to the class. Students must be present on the re-opening day after vacation.

In case of sickness, the school authorities must be notified and a medical certificate should be produced.

Application for school leaving certificate has to be submitted in the prescribed form three months in advance or else four months’ school fees has to be paid due to this default. However, any student attending school even for a day during the academic year has to pay the fees for the term. Last date for submission of the application for Leaving Certificate is 28th February.
